Suspending a user
- Incoming email is immediately blocked/bounced
- Documents are kept intact
- Easily manage change ownership of documents
- Easily re-activate user if user returns
- Downside: Consumes a user license
Deleting a user
- All mail will eventually be lost
- Orphaned documents will exist
- Username cannot be re-created for 5 days
- Sites owner can be re-assigned by the administrator
- Benefit: User license is freed
- What if the employee comes back?
